Marshall lost his leg in a motorcycle accident. He also broke bones in his other leg and both arms. During his recuperation, Marshall was confined to his mobile home as he had no way to get out other than having someone come in and carry him down the stairs to his wheelchair.  Through partnering with Tampa Electric, the Krewe was able to provide Marshall with a ramp so that he could move his wheelchair in and out of his mobile home.
